Be Better Together Limited are an innovative and value-driven company in the business of training and consultancy in the Adult Social Care sector. Our aim is to help you gain a greater understanding of CQC requirements and support Care Homes, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care sectors to achieve a ‘good’ rating for their organisations. We offer face-to-face training, in-house or at our fully operational office and full support to enable providers to prepare for CQC inspections, help improve their latest CQC inspection rating and support new providers and registered managers in preparing for CQC registration assessment. We are currently based in Crewe, covering Cheshire and North Staffordshire and beyond. We pride ourselves as one of the industry leaders in this area with over 45 years of combined experience.

Over the past 12 months, we have been able to help care providers understand the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and improve how companies operate, leading to improved ratings and standards. In addition, all levels of staff understanding have improved substantially. We provide mock inspections, emergency support packages, multi-level inspection support packages and registration support for Providers and Managers.

Our expertise comes from staff being involved at various levels in the Adult Social Care arenas, including our directors, who have experience being a CQC Inspector and Domiciliary Care provider and, as such, understand the pressures that come with providing day-to-day quality care.
